Hey guys, this is Nathan at Sinz's Smoke Shop. Firstly, I just want to say I appreciate your business and I look forward to providing the best I can for everyone. 

I'd like to start this update with an update on the merchant account issues from the last blog post. I had a plan to do a 4-20 sale for this month, but it seems like I'm going to miss that. In person at the shop, we're still selling as usual, but our merchant account isn't approved for that type of retail for online. We're looking into other providers at this time and should have something decided by summer. I will say since I cannot host the 4-20 sale this year on the site, I'm going to run a temporary but longer sale at the start of summer when that new merchant account gets created. The sale will likely be the same as 4-20 so the opportunity will be there to buy as much as you'd like!

Next on the agenda is discussing the changes in the product pictures, site changes, etc. We're constantly trying to improve the site to be as easy to navigate and offer the best experience browsing. Since our presence online is growing and we're up 25% of total website visits from last month, we're looking at options to give back to the community. This is where the pop ups, marketing emails/texts, etc. are coming into play. Like i've mentioned before, we appreciate all the business and look forward to serving you guys in the future. Stay tuned for sales, because it's likely something we're going to do much more often!
